Private classes are similar to group classes, but more personalized. Private
classes
further your understanding of
the yoga
poses, and allow you to ask questions
along
the way. Receive careful alignments
in every pose
and instruction and guidance
in developing your
own personal practice.

Yoga Therapy Sessions
Embodyment® is the main
yoga therapy technique of Svaroopa® yoga. It provides a gentle, yet powerful experience in hands-on healing. Fully clothed, you rest on the
floor with your legs on a stack of blankets.
Christine places her hands on specific areas of
your spine, and through a series of subtle
techniques, deeply held tensions of the body
begin to unravel. Unleash your body’s innate
healing capacity and experience the benefits of
4-5 yoga classes within a one hour session.
A yoga therapy session
might also include instruction and coaching in Ujjayi Pranayama, Svaroopa® yoga's primary breathing practice. This practice helps to ground the body, open up the breath, and helps to settle the mind and emotions. This is
also an effective treatment for allergies,
asthma, cancer, or other problems of the immune
system.
