In this 2 1/2 hour workshop, we'll explore warrior poses. These help to build strength and stamina, clear your mind, open your heart, and ground you in the knowing of your own unique power.
Find the courage to be a warrior - one who is strong, focused, calm, and who fights from the heart for what is right.
This workshop includes foundational poses on the floor to reliably open your spine, standing poses that allow you to lean into your bones, and warrior poses to practice and refine.
Along with the poses, we'll incorporate some brief journal writing and group discussion to further clarify who we are and what we're fighting for.
