Preparation for Classes Classes are open to anyone of reasonable health. If you have a medical diagnosis, very limited flexibility, or other special needs of concern, please speak with Christine before attending a class. Before your first class, you will be asked to fill out a student information and release form. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your form and set up for class. Avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water into class (no glass please). |

Parking at Sweet Yoga Parking is available and located next to the studio. Pull into the driveway and past the two houses to the rear. Follow the signs. Students are encouraged to bike, walk or rideshare to Sweet Yoga. Covered bicycle racks are located behind the reception area. Discounts can be earned for students who use alternative modes of transportation (walk, bike or rideshare). |
