Beginner Special  3 Classes for $30 (used within 1 month)
Consider yourself a 'beginner' if you've never been to Sweet Yoga, or you've only been once.  This special gives you the opportunity to notice the effects of repeated yoga practice, for a reduced cost.  This special will be ongoing. If you have questions or concerns about your ability to do yoga, please contact me ahead of time sweetyoga@comcast.net.

New Classes

Balance in Your Bones: Mondays January. 9th -> February 27th,  6 -7:15 pm
This class focuses on standing balance poses.  It teaches you to find your inner center of balance and express it in a variety of standing poses. Classes include and opening and closing Shavasana, a sequence of core release poses, a selection of standing poses, and an overall faster-paced, more challenging style.  Gain increased circulation, physical stamina, discipline and focus.

"Fly Like a Seagull" Class Series 
Yoga classes, group discussion and personal upliftment exercises inspired by the book
Jonathan Livingston Seagull-

Preparation for Classes

Classes are open to anyone of reasonable health. If you have a medical diagnosis, very limited flexibility, or other special needs of concern, please speak with Christine before attending a class. Before your first class, you will be asked to fill out a student information and release form.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your form and set up for class. Avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.  You are welcome to bring a bottle  of water into class (no glass please). 

Parking at Sweet Yoga

Parking is available and located next to the studio.  Pull into the driveway and past the two houses to the rear. Follow the signs. Students are encouraged to bike, walk or rideshare to Sweet Yoga.  Covered bicycle racks are located behind the reception area.  Discounts can be earned for students who use alternative modes of transportation (walk, bike or rideshare).
