January Theme -
Daily Practice with a Twist.
Regular classes this month focus on poses to repeat at home as part of a daily practice to open your spine. Poses will be relatively simple and adaptable to your home or office environment and will utilize minimal props. Every class will include a new home practice and each will include a twist. Twists help to squeeze out toxins, increase circulation and spiral the senses and attention inward, the direction of yogi's journey.
