   offers classes and private sessions in the Svaroopa® style. Svaroopa® yoga releases deeply held tensions in   the core of the body, providing reliable relief from back pain, muscle strain, and everyday stress.  Weight-bearing poses

Many of you have been wanting another evening class, so here you go.  If your days are busy, this later class gives you the chance to get home, have a light meal, and still find time to truly decompress.  Your day is behind you and you can carry your relaxation and clear mind off to bed!

Intro Yoga Class
Saturday, Sept. 18th, 9:30 - 10:30 am

   This beginner class focuses on some of the foundational poses that provide reliable release to deep spinal tension.    

Please arrive 10 minutes early and leave your mat at home - we have mats and all other props you'll need.

 $5 suggested donation  

  Christine Farnandis, RYT, offers personal attention, careful aligning and propping, and easy to follow instructions in a safe,  comfortable, non-competitive atmosphere.
